Molly entered the real estate industry in 1988 with Coldwell Banker Homestead Properties in her native Kingsville, Texas where she specialized in residential sales and leases. She was also a Top Producer with Maple Leaf Realty in Houston before joining Texas Home Group. Molly has experience with a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions including new construction, custom homes, investment property, short sales and first-time homebuyer programs.
Molly holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of North Florida where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She holds the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations and is certified as a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist.
Molly lives in Spring with her husband of 16 years and 5 year-old daughter. She has been a member of the Junior League of North Harris and Montgomery Counties for six years where she volunteers and chairs a committee focused on improving health and wellness among young people in elementary and middle school. Molly is also a member of Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
